  1. You have the right to request access to all your personal data that we process. Requests for access for purposes that are clearly harmful to us and that may cause an overload or damage, will however not be processed. 
  2. You have the right to request that any incorrect or inaccurate personal data about you be corrected free of charge. If you are registered on our Website, you can correct a large number of these data yourself via your profile. When such a request is made, you must also provide proof that the personal data for which you are requesting a correction is incorrect.

You have the right to revoke the authorization that you have granted us for the processing of data, but this revocation has no influence on the data that we have already collected via cookies or similar technologies on the basis of your previous authorization. If you no longer want us to collect data via cookies or similar technologies, you can change your browser settings or delete cookies at any time. 
  4. If the processing concerned is qualified as direct marketing, you have the right to oppose this processing free of charge and without justification.

However, you must take into account that a deletion request will be evaluated by us in light of the legal and regulatory obligations or judicial or administrative orders that may prevent us from deleting the personal data concerned.

Instead of requesting deletion, you can also request to limit the processing of your personal data when (a) you dispute the accuracy of this data, (b) the processing is illegal, (c) the data is no longer useful for the cited objectives, but you need it to defend yourself during legal proceedings.

This request must clearly mention the right that you want to exercise and the reason why you want to exercise it. It must be dated and signed and be accompanied by a scanned digital copy of a valid identity card proving your identity. We will inform you immediately of the receipt of such a request. If the request is justified, we will respond to it as quickly as reasonably possible and at the latest thirty (30) days after receipt of the request.
